Welcome on arrival at IXB/NJP meet our representative and transfer to Gangtok (120kms/4hrs), at an altitude of 5500ft Gangtok is the Capital of Sikkim. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast half-day trip to Tsomgo lake (12400ft), which is only 32 kms from Gangtok City, the oval shaped lake is almost about 1Km long, and 15 mtrs deep. The lake is considered sacred by the local people,After that visit 18 kms from the lake Baba Mandir, (temple of disappeared army personal) and back to Gangtok. Evening free at Gangtok for shopping and individual activity. Overnight at hotel. (Optional tour is, Nathula the Indo-Chaina border is 20 kms. from Tsomgo lake (subject to availability of special permit for Indian tourist only on additional payment at Gangtok for separate permit) - Closed on Mondays & Tuesdays. Overnight at Gangtok hotel.
After breakfast visit Hanuman Tak,Ganesh Tak,Tashi view Point(These three points are famous for watching beautiful early morning view on Mt Kanchenjunga).Best point sightseeing tour in and around the capital city of Sikkim, covering Chortan, Stupa, Institute of Tibetology Institute of Handicrafts and handlooms along with BanJhakri Falls, Cottage Industry, Flower show, Ropeway, Assembly, NamNang View Point . Evening free at Gangtok for shopping and individual activity. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast pickup from your hotel at Gangtok and Transfer to Lachung (117Kms/6Hrs), en-route sightseeing at Sighik View point, Chumthang Valley, Twin Falls and Vima Falls. Evening free to explore the beautiful Himalayan village by your own. Overnight at Hotel.
Early morning after breakfast start for half-day excursion trip to Yumthang Valley, en-rote visit Hot Spring and Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary.Some photographs of the natural scenes of Switzerland and Yumthang valley are very hard to distinguish. Yumthang, which is at an altitude of 12,000 ft., is situated about 135 km from Gangtok. April and May promises colorful flowers & Orchids, where as November end to March usually sees snows, Transfer back to Lachung for Lunch followed by onward trip back to Gangtok. Overnight at Hotel
Morning transfer to IXB/NJP ( 125kms / 4.5hrs). Tour End.
